I started this journey that I’m on today in September of 2020. I weighed 427 pounds and drank alcohol everyday. I lived what I thought was a no problem life. Then I was hospitalized with early heart failure, and realized that I needed to make some real serious changes. Today in September of 2021, I’ve lost 180 pounds and live a much healthier life. I have a better view and perspective of things. I walk 20 minutes a day, and do 30 minutes of exercise at home. Today’s Climb is the journey that I’m continuing today, and looking forward to sharing with you. We all have a past, and it’s what we do in our next steps that start the change for who and where we want to be.
